The TALENTBRÜCKE – Career Interest Survey is an empirically tested questionnaire for recording professional interests. It is based on the theoretical basis of Dr. John L. Holland’s hexagonal career choice model.
The career interest test can be quickly evaluated with the help of the TALENTBRÜCKE – Software. The questionnaire contains 60 items that cover the following areas of interest:
- crafts-technical area (realistic)
- research-scientific area (inventional)
- creative-artistic area (creative)
- social field (social)
- entrepreneurial-commercial area (entrepreneurial)
- order-managing area (conventional)
As a result of the TALENTBRÜCKE – Career Interest Survey, an individual interest profile is created which can be used to identify interesting professional fields for the participant.
